Mission
We at BOOKofBIJOUX would not be where we are today without the community around us, without the love & support of our friends & family growing up, without the inspiration of so many incredible, successful business owners & thought leaders we've had the opportunity of learning from.
Because of this, part of our mission is to provide those same opportunities, that same level of love, support, & encouragement, that same accessibility to endless resources, back to our community & those that need it.
We know that every ounce of support we can offer, no matter how small can make a difference. So, we plan on doing everything we can to keep making those small steps towards a more incredible future for our peers & future generations.
Although we are still a small, brand new company, we know with your help we can make a BIG impact.
Giving Back
December 2021
Our first milestone step towards giving back to our amazing community began in December of 2021. For the entire month, 10% of gross proceeds from all pre-orders were donated to the youth programs of Volunteers of America (VOA).
VOA is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting & empowering America's most vulnerable groups, from our youth to the elderly, veterans, those returning home from prison, homeless individuals & families, individuals with disabilities & those recovering from addiction.
A few examples of their youth programs & services include Operation Backpack & the Dare to Dream Scholarship Program, as well as sponsored birthday parties & craft nights.

On May 1st, 2022, we hosted our first ever Women's Empowerment Market with the hopes of turning it into an annual event.
100% of net proceeds from organizing each Market we are lucky enough to host now & in the foreseeable future will be donated to a great cause.
Our first Women's Empowerment Market benefitted the Ann-Jeanette Change(ing) Lives Scholarship Fund with Contra Costa College.
